As a Server Assistant, you’ll be the foundation of exceptional service. Your attention to detail, sense of urgency, and willingness to support your teammates will help create a dining experience that feels effortless for every guest.

Your Role

Support a seamless dining experience.

Working alongside our servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen team, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys service that is polished, attentive, and effortless.

Your responsibilities are to:

- Support the service team by anticipating their needs throughout service.
- Prepare and reset tables to Shay’s standards.
- Deliver food with care, confidence, and attention to detail.
- Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations.
- Refill water, clear and reset tables, and assist with guest requests.
- Help maintain the flow of service by communicating effectively with both the kitchen and front-of-house team.

We’re looking for people who:

- Have previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.




- Take pride in creating exceptional guest experiences.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm and organized.
- Have a strong work ethic and a positive, team-first attitude.

You’ll stand out if you have:

- Experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant.
- Experience working in an Italian restaurant.
