Our Analysis Guild is seeking a true mind reader—someone who can anticipate client needs and clearly convey them to a team with diverse expertise.
As a Business Analyst, you will primarily work in a pre -project mode, supporting the consulting team in scoping current opportunities that will ultimately turn into successful delivery projects.
This role will first have you working directly with clients (alongside CX and Digital Strategists), advising them on their needs, potential solutions, and analyzing RFPs.
You will then collaborate with Solution Architects to define the most appropriate software and technological solutions to meet client needs. You will play a key role in Tink’s service proposal process.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
You will have the opportunity to:
- Define the software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Question, challenge, and advise clients on their digital evolution (transactional sites, corporate websites, intranets, e -commerce platforms, etc.).
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional and non -functional specifications.
- Define robust software solutions that address client needs effectively.
- Collaborate closely with CX and Digital Strategists, as well as Business Development Directors, to provide well -informed client recommendations.
- Design profitable and innovative web and/or mobile solutions.
