In this role, you'll oversee the verification and validation processes for our robotics hardware, creating test plans and structures that drive design improvements. Collaborate with diverse teams to present clear analysis results and foster innovation in product development, helping bring Abi to recent users in aged care and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop robust reliability testing plans for hardware components
- Construct and maintain various test fixtures and procedures
- Execute hardware tests through multiple development stages




- Generate automated processes for performance data collection
- Track reliability trends and manufacturing quality metrics

Requirements:

- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical or Systems Engineering
- 3-7 years of testing complex hardware products experience
- Competence with laboratory instruments and electromechanical systems
- Knowledge in FMEA and reliability testing methods
- Ability to communicate findings effectively across teams
