We are looking for cooks who can work efficiently in busy kitchen environments and consistently deliver quality food.

You may be a good fit if you have:

- Previous experience as a Cook, Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar role
- Experience preparing meals and individual dishes
- Strong knowledge of food preparation and kitchen procedures
- Understanding of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene
- Ability to follow recipes, portion food, and maintain presentation standards
- Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable and professional work habits
- Flexibility to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Preparing and cooking meals according to established recipes
- Assisting with food preparation, portioning, and plating
- Maintaining consistency in taste, quality, and presentation
- Following food safety and sanitation procedures
- Properly storing, labelling, and rotating ingredients
- Monitoring ingredient levels and reducing food waste
- Supporting inventory and kitchen organization
- Working closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Keeping the kitchen clean, organized, and ready for service
