Key Responsibilities:

- Lead enhancement of leave and workplace accommodation programs
- Manage documentation and coordination of complex cases
- Advise on statutory leave processes and compliance




- Develop and implement policies for program consistency
- Monitor program metrics and prepare reporting for governance

Requirements:

- 7+ years of HR experience, including leave management
- Solid knowledge of human rights and privacy legislation
- Proven track record of managing sensitive cases
- Experience in developing processes in complex environments
- Proficiency in English; bilingual skills are a plus
