Key Responsibilities:

- Diagnose and treat patients in outpatient settings
- Conduct inpatient consultations at the hospital
- Participate in shared call responsibilities of approximately 1-in-8

- Support seamless transitions from hospital care to outpatient follow-up

Requirements:

- Hold a valid CPSO Independent or Provisional Certificate
- Royal College Certification in Cardiology or equivalent
- CMPA membership required
- Strong commitment to high standards of patient care
