Alpine is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee client sites in Hamilton, St. Catharines, Welland and surrounding areas. You will lead frontline teams, coach staff, and ensure service quality and safety standards are met across multiple sites.
You will travel within the region, support day and night shifts, and partner with client teams to deliver excellent facility services. A robust focus on coaching, scheduling, and operational excellence is required.
