Metro Ford is seeking a skilled and dependable 3M Installer / Car Detailer to join our growing, professional team. This role is ideal for experienced individuals who take pride in precision workmanship, attention to detail, and delivering a high-quality finished product every time.

What You’ll Do

- Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing
- Wash, polish, and prepare vehicles for delivery
- Apply 3M Paint Protection Film (PPF) to vehicles (hoods, fenders, mirrors, etc.)
- Complete polishing, paint correction, and protection packages to dealership standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure dealership quality standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and protected work environment
- Work independently while collaborating with service and sales teams
- Deliver consistently high levels of quality and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automotive detailing (required)




- Experience with 3M / Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation (required)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
- Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract
