Sardar Trucking Ltd. is looking for an experienced Class 1 Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team for our Calgary to Vancouver lane.

We are looking for a professional, reliable driver who is experienced with mountain driving and understands the importance of safety, communication, and on-time service.

Position Details

- Position: Class 1 Long Haul Truck Driver
- Route: Calgary, AB ↔ Vancouver
- Employment: Full-time
- Schedule: Regular long-haul runs
- Experience: Experienced drivers required

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 1 tractor-trailer between Calgary and BC.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Safely transport and secure freight.
- Follow all applicable Hours of Service, ELD, and transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate logs and required paperwork.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding loads, delays, and road conditions.
- Perform safe mountain and winter driving.
- Maintain the assigned truck and report any mechanical or safety issues promptly.
- Provide professional service to customers and warehouse personnel.





Requirements
- Valid Class 1 Driver's Licence.
- Previous long-haul experience required.
- Experience driving the Calgary–BC route is an asset.
- Strong mountain and winter driving experience.
- Clean driver's abstract.
- Positive knowledge of Hours of Service and ELD requirements.
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.
- Ability to work independently.
