- Track record of hitting quota on full-cycle SMB or mid-market deals (ACVs $5K–$50K) • EOR, global payroll, contractor management, or global HR experience is a strong plus • Solid written and spoken English • CRM discipline (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) • Contractor to start, with the opportunity to convert into a longer-term full-time role after 6 Prior experience selling EOR or global payroll services • Familiarity with India as a hiring market • Network in the North American HR-tech or startup ecosystem #
