We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accountant/Controller to join our finance team. Duties

- Manage and oversee all accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger activities.
- Prepare, analyze, and reconcile financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other platforms to record transactions and generate reports.
- Conduct detailed account analysis and reconciliation to identify discrepancies or errors, ensuring data integrity.
- Assist in budgeting processes by providing accurate financial data and forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all financial transactions, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.




- Support month-end and year-end closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

- Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms; proficiency in multiple systems is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, including account reconciliation, account analysis, and financial reporting.
- Experience managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and budget preparation.
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and identify discrepancies effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools for account reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate across departments and present financial insights clearly.
