Responsibilities within this position include the following (understanding that from time-to-time, business and/or projects may dictate other requirements for support):

Reception/Telephones

General Administration/Support

Greet customers with a positive, helpful attitude and process walk-in sales including preparing invoices and processing various forms of payment

Support for Plant Manager

Responsible for receiving and distributing incoming deliveries, as well labeling, and scheduling pickups for all outgoing courier shipments

Logging approved Work Orders

Shop Billing

- Cash sales transactions (credit/debit card processing)

Accounts Payable

- Preparing and inputting purchase orders*(PO's)* and supporting documentation
- Match vendor quotes/estimates/packing slips and invoices to PO’s and code for approvals




- Input approved vendor invoices into the financial system
- Assist with vendor payments
- Reconciling monthly vendor statements including investigating and resolving any differences
- Set up new vendors and maintain files

General office appearance/cleanliness and organization Back-up support for other office positions for vacation/sickness

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
