Reporting to the Director of Finance, your mission is to manage the entire accounts payable cycle while optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Join a culture valuing teamwork and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage vendor creation, invoice entries, and payment preparations
- Validate expenses and ensure proper allocation and approvals
- Perform bank reconciliations and prepare transactions for payments




- Participate in financial analyses and process enhancements
- Communicate with vendors for outstanding inquiries regarding accounts Requirements:
- DEC in Accounting with 3 to 5 years of experience
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in French and English, spoken and written
- Detail-oriented with solid prioritization skills
