City Bread is a growing organization dedicated to providing quality products and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our finance team.

Key Responsibilities

- Process customer invoices and apply payments accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist with payroll processing, including reviewing timesheets, verifying payroll information, and ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding billing inquiries and payment arrangements
- Prepare AR reports and support month-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Assist with other accounting and administrative tasks as required

Qualifications





- 1–3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar accounting role
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business administration, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be available to work five days per week, including Saturdays
