Become an Addictions Counsellor at One Arrow First Nation to provide critical recovery support for individuals facing substance use and mental health issues. This full-time position embraces a harm reduction approach. In this role, you will report to the Mental Health & Addictions Manager, delivering confidential counselling and crisis intervention while working with a broad range of community allies.
A background in trauma-informed care and understanding the impacts of intergenerational trauma are significant for effective practice. Excellent documentation skills are also required. Key Responsibilities:
- Offer confidential addictions counselling and crisis support
- Develop detailed case management and education programs
