Location(s): Montreal A career as an Administrative Assistant in the Client Experience Center (CEC) team, Commercial Banking Advisory team and Transformation & Expertise Contact Center team, is a crucial strategic role supporting various team leaders. You will handle a range of coordination, planning, and project management tasks to optimize schedules and facilitate the achievement of business line goals and those of your managers.
Your role
- Proactively coordinate the agenda and emails, and perform rigorous follow-ups with managers.
- Organize internal and external meetings, ensuring administrative follow-up and coordinating all related logistics.
- Interact confidentially with external clients, various bank departments, and internal team members on matters involving human resources.
- Write, translate, or review internal and external communications in both French and English.
- Coordinate and participate in organizing large-scale events when required.
- Contribute to various project management activities (such as sector-wide initiatives).
- Provide administrative support to your teams and work closely with the assistant team to improve the administrative functioning of the service and the development of internal procedures and processes.

Prerequisites
- Completed professional or college diploma or academic equivalency, and at least three years of relevant experience.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong ability to work in a team
- Strong adaptability, autonomy, and initiative.
- Demonstrate a keen sense of organization and planning, while being able to manage multiple situations simultaneously.
- Excellent skilled rigor and respect for confidentiality.
Languages: English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
