Full time Admin – (12-month contract) Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Admissions, the Admissions Supervisor provides day-to-day leadership, supervision, and operational oversight for Nipissing University’s admissions operations. The position supervises admissions staff, ensures applications are processed accurately and within established timelines, and supports the consistent application of admissions policies, procedures, and requirements.

The Admissions Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining operational consistency, supporting staff development and performance, and ensuring a high standard of service to applicants. Working closely with internal partners, the position contributes to a responsive, transparent, and student-centred admissions experience from application through admission decision.

The successful candidate will have a relevant university degree and a minimum two (2) to three (3) years of experience working in a post-secondary admissions, registrarial services, or a related area a university and/or residence life setting. Experience with Ellucian Colleague and supervisory experience is considered an asset

This position is classified at salary level 4, with a wage range from $69,072 (Step 1) to $89,796 (Step 9). Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
