Play a key role in payroll administration at Aecon, contributing to impactful infrastructure projects. This position requires a detail-oriented expert to manage payroll documentation efficiently. Reporting to the Supervisor of Project Payroll, you will collaborate with various teams to ensure effective payroll processing.
In this role, your focus will be on maintaining compliance in payroll documentation, assisting project controls with productivity analysis, and resolving payroll inquiries from employees. Your organizational and communication skills will be vital as you navigate administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate payroll tasks with stakeholders smoothly
- Maintain compliance in payroll documentation systems
- Support employee information management and training records
- Assist in monitoring project costs and productivity metrics
- Conduct timesheet verification and manage onboarding processes Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration or similar
- 2+ years of relevant administrative experience
- Experience using SAP is advantageous
- Robust communication and organizational skills
