Best Brains Learning Center – Ajax Pickering Village is hiring educators for a part-time role ( 7-9 hrs/ week)

About Us: Best Brains Learning Centre is an after-school enrichment program designed to enhance the academic skills of students in Math, English, and Coding. Our goal is to help every child be their best through engaging instruction and a supportive learning workplace.

What You’ll Do

- No outside work is required! Individualized lesson plans are developed for each student and provided for the teacher.
- Teach Math and English to students in a small group setting (no lesson planning required!)
- Follow the Best Brains curriculum to guide students through weekly assignments
- Provide feedback and encouragement to help students grow
- Collaborate with centre staff to ensure a smooth classroom experience

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience teaching or tutoring elementary and/or middle school students
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- A positive attitude and passion for education
- Teaching Certificate ( B of Education / OCT) required

Days: Tues 4:30-7:30 pm

Thurs 4:30 -7:30 pm

Saturday 10:30 am-12:30pm

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
