Responsibilities

- Lead hands-on science lessons and experiments that captivate children’s imaginations and promote active learning.
- Develop age-appropriate curriculum plans that align with educational standards and foster curiosity about the natural world.
- Provide tutoring support to students needing extra help understanding scientific concepts, ensuring they build confidence and competence.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children feel encouraged to explore and ask questions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to monitor student progress, share insights, and tailor activities to meet individual needs.
- Manage classroom materials, set up experiments,



and ensure all safety protocols are followed during activities.
- Support early childhood education principles by integrating social-emotional learning into science lessons to promote holistic development.

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in educational or childcare settings is highly preferred.
- Strong background in teaching or tutoring science concepts to diverse age groups, especially early childhood learners.
- Knowledge of basic scientific principles and hands-on experiment techniques suitable for young children.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging lesson plans that inspire curiosity and facilitate understanding.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively connect with children, parents, and team members.
