We are hiring for an AI Delivery Lead . The role focuses on end-to-end delivery of AI-powered Copilot agents across PMO and COO use cases using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

A robust fit will have hands-on experience with Copilot Studio, RAG, prompt architecture, enterprise integrations, governance, and AI delivery leadership in financial services.

What You Bring

- Deep working knowledge of Copilot Studio, including agent configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Advanced Power Automate experience, including approvals, error handling, and business logic.
- Hands-on experience designing RAG solutions using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and connector-based retrieval architectures.
- Experience designing reusable prompt architecture and prompt patterns.
- Experience defining and implementing MCP and connector integration strategies.
- Practical knowledge of Entra ID, data boundaries, and enterprise access controls.
- Proven experience managing AI or digital delivery programs in financial services.

What You'll Do

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI agent solutions across PMO and COO use cases.
- Manage scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies across AI delivery initiatives.




- Design Copilot Studio agents, including prompt architecture, RAG patterns, and connector strategies.
- Architect RAG pipelines using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Define and maintain reusable prompt templates and patterns.
- Implement MCP and connector integration strategies.
- Implement governance and security controls including Entra ID integration and data boundary enforcement.
- Coordinate acceptance testing and SME review activities to support quality sign-off.
- Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for agent orchestration and business process automation.
- Serve as the delivery interface between vendor teams and program leadership.

Nice to have

- Experience delivering AI solutions within a Tier 1 financial institution, including banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with PMO structures or COO domains.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Azure AI, or Copilot Studio.
- Experience working in vendor or managed services delivery models with client-side governance.
