Role: AI Delivery Architect – Montreal / Hybrid

Location: Montreal / Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced AI Delivery Architect / AI Lead Architect to lead the technical architecture of AI-powered Copilot agent solutions within a major financial-services setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end architecture for Microsoft Copilot Studio agent solutions across COO and PMO use cases.
- Design enterprise-grade RAG architectures using SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Establish reusable prompt architecture standards , guardrails, and templates.
- Architect governance and security frameworks using Microsoft Entra ID , data boundaries, and access policies.
- Provide architectural oversight for Power Automate workflows, approvals, orchestration, and error handling.
- Define integration and connector strategies across Jira, Teams, SharePoint, Zoom , and enterprise APIs.
- Review and approve solution designs from developers and prompt engineers.
- Partner with architecture and security teams to ensure enterprise compliance.
- Contribute hands-on design work for complex or high-risk AI implementations.
- Produce ADRs, technical design documents, and reference architectures .

Required Skills:

- Microsoft Copilot Studio – Mandatory ; deep expertise in agent architecture, deployment, and platform constraints.




- Power Automate – advanced workflow, orchestration, approvals, and error handling.
- RAG Architecture – expert-level experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, and custom connectors.
- Prompt Architecture – reusable prompt patterns, templates, and guardrails.
- Governance & Security – Entra ID, data boundaries, identity, and enterprise access controls.
- Enterprise Integration – connector/API architecture, preferably in financial services.
- Solution Architecture Leadership – 5+ years leading AI, data, or digital transformation architecture programs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with a Tier 1 financial institution in banking, wealth management, or capital markets.
- Familiarity with enterprise architecture governance and review boards.
- Microsoft certifications in Azure AI, Power Platform, or Copilot Studio .
- TOGAF, Zachman , or equivalent enterprise architecture certification.
- Experience creating architecture artifacts within regulated financial-services environments.
