We're seeking an AI Lead Architect to drive the architecture and design of next-generation AI agent solutions leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Power Platform, and enterprise integrations.

This is an opportunity to help shape AI strategy, governance, architecture standards, and solution delivery within a highly regulated enterprise environment.

What You'll Do

- Define end-to-end architecture for AI-powered Copilot solutions
- Design enterprise RAG architectures using Microsoft technologies
- Build governance, security, and access control frameworks
- Establish prompt engineering standards and reusable design patterns
- Architect integrations across enterprise systems and business applications
- Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight for AI initiatives
- Collaborate with security, engineering, and business stakeholders

What We're Looking For

- Deep experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Strong background in AI solution architecture and enterprise design
- Experience architecting RAG solutions
- Power Platform and Power Automate expertise
- Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, SharePoint, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Experience with governance, security, and identity management (Entra ID)
- Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated industries is preferred
