THE ROLE

We’re looking for an AI SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist who can develop and execute strategies that improve visibility, traffic, lead generation, and conversions across WebomAI’s products and platforms.

You’ll work across traditional search engines and emerging AI-powered discovery platforms, including Google, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct keyword, competitor, market, and search-intent research
- Perform technical, on-page, off-page, local, and international SEO
- Conduct SEO audits and coordinate corrective actions
- Optimize content, metadata, internal links, structured data, and site architecture
- Build ethical, high-quality backlink and digital PR strategies
- Develop AEO and GEO strategies for AI-powered search platforms
- Support content, social media, email, organic search, and paid campaigns
- Use AI tools for research, automation, content planning, and analysis
- Track rankings, traffic, leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI
- Collaborate with content, design, product, sales, and development teams
- Prepare clear reports, insights,



and recommendations for stakeholders

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Strong experience in keyword research and search-intent analysis
- Practical knowledge of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO
- Experience conducting SEO audits and implementing improvements
- Understanding of crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, sitemaps, canonicalization, and redirects
- Proficiency with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with established SEO and digital marketing tools
- Knowledge of AEO, GEO, generative AI search, and AI-driven marketing
- Understanding of content, social media, email, paid search, and conversion optimization
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or technology companies
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio or case studies demonstrating improvements in rankings, traffic, leads, or conversions

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a full-time position. Candidates may work remotely or from our Chennai office. Candidates based in Chennai or able to collaborate effectively with the Chennai team are preferred.
