We are seeking an experienced

Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of technology initiatives, including network upgrades, software deployments, AI/automation projects, and infrastructure programs. This role partners with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Sales, and business teams to drive projects from planning through execution while ensuring alignment, efficiency, and successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and milestones.

- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies.

- Communicate project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders and leadership.

- Identify and resolve project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks.

- Leverage AI and automation tools to improve planning, reporting, workflow efficiency, and delivery predictability.

- Support projects involving broadband technologies, software platforms, AI/ML, automation, and operational improvements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering,



Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in telecom, broadband, SaaS, ISP, or infrastructure environments.

- 3+ years leading cross-functional programs across Engineering, Product, and DevOps teams.

- Robust knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project management best practices.

- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and automation tools.

- Proven ability to use data, analytics, and AI-enabled tools to improve project outcomes.
