As part of Aldaview Services, you will provide support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on their personalized needs.

This position involves working overnight shifts, fostering a strong community connection for clients, and reporting directly to the Program Manager. Engage in activities that promote social well-being and emotional resilience. Key Responsibilities:

- Support clients in daily activities and routines
- Facilitate independent living skills for individuals
- Report on client progress and needs to management
- Provide a safe and positive environment for development
- Encourage client participation in community activities Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in social services is preferred
- Current certification in CPR and Emergency First Aid
- Must possess a valid G driver's license
