Our client, Purolator, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking an AM Sorter to join their team. As an AM Sorter, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the Sorting Team. The ideal candidate will have solid organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift

Monday to Friday (5:00 AM - 9:15 AM)

What's the Job?

Unloading and sorting freight efficiently and accurately

Preloading up to 5 trucks while managing freight pulled off conveyor belts

Scanning, cubing, and reweighting shipments to ensure proper handling

Building positive relationships with team members, including couriers, lead hands, and sorters





Working with conveyor and roller belts inside trailers, cargo containers, and package vehicles

What's Needed?

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license

Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs

Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a time-sensitive environment

Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team

Attention to process, quality, and operational standards

Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

CSA approved safety boots
