Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Analyste d'Affaires / Coordonnateur de Projets TI pour un contrat d’une durée de 6 mois avec possibilité de renouvellement.

MANDAT

- Soutenir la gouvernance et la planification du portefeuille d'initiatives TI
- Documenter les besoins d'affaires et produire des analyses décisionnelles
- Assurer le suivi de la performance et la priorisation des initiatives
- Élaborer des indicateurs de gestion et des tableaux de bord de suivi
- Analyser les risques et les dépendances entre les initiatives du portefeuille
- Œuvrer dans un environnement basé sur les pratiques de gouvernance TI

PROFIL

- 15+ années d'expérience en technologies de l'information
- Expertise en gestion de portefeuille et transformation organisationnelle
- Solide capacité d'analyse et de synthèse dans un contexte de gouvernance TI
- Aisance avec les outils et plateformes de gestion de projets et de portefeuille
- Habileté à vulgariser des concepts complexes pour différents publics
- Rigueur et sens de l'organisation dans la gestion de plusieurs dossiers
- Bon jugement et sens politique en contexte décisionnel complexe
- Fort esprit de collaboration avec les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Certification PMP, SAFe ou Lean Six Sigma (atout)
- BAC en TI, administration des affaires, gestion ou domaine connexe
- Français requis, Anglais étant un atout

- Develop management indicators and dashboards
- Analyze risks and dependencies across portfolio initiatives
- Work in an setting based on IT governance and portfolio management

PROFILE

- 15+ years of experience in information technology
- Expertise in portfolio management and organizational transformation
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills in an IT governance context
- Comfortable with project and portfolio management tools and platforms
- Ability to translate complex concepts for different audiences
- Rigor and organizational skills in managing multiple files simultaneously
- Sound judgment and political awareness in decision-making environments
- Strong collaborative mindset with various internal and external stakeholders
- PMP, SAFe or Lean Six Sigma certification (asset)
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration or management
- French required, English as an asset
