In-depth understanding of the complex issues surrounding food production, distribution, and consumption in the context of global sustainability. Explore the challenges and opportunities associated with food security for a growing global population while also addressing the environmental, economic, and social impacts of food production. Role of policy, technology, and innovation in promoting sustainable food systems, as well as the ethical considerations related to food access and distribution.

Requirements: Master degree in Food Sciences, or equivalent. Experience in the field of the course. Recent university teaching experience is an asset.

The candidate must clearly demonstrate in their résumé how their academic background is relevant to the subject matter of the course.

Instruction Mode: Hybrid - Lees Campus / Type "B" Course: course with either written assignments or examinations which are not computer marked.
