Myticas Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Application Integration Developer for a 7-month contract supporting a confidential enterprise client.

The successful candidate will join an Enterprise Applications Operations team responsible for transitioning, replicating, supporting and enhancing critical business applications within new AWS and/or on-premises environments .

This role requires a senior developer who combines strong C#/.NET application development and integration expertise with hands-on AWS experience and can quickly understand complex enterprise applications, troubleshoot issues, and support application modernization and transition initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Support the transition and replication of existing enterprise applications into new AWS and/or on-premises environments.
- Develop, integrate, enhance and support business-critical applications.
- Design and support application integrations using REST APIs and up-to-date integration practices.
- Develop and maintain applications using C#, .NET Core and Entity Framework.
- Work with AWS services supporting application hosting, integration and modernization.
- Support CI/CD and source-control processes using Git and GitHub Actions.
- Troubleshoot application, integration and production issues across complex enterprise environments.




- Work with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to understand application functionality and business processes.
- Apply software-development best practices to produce efficient, maintainable and reliable solutions.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with C# and .NET Core.
- Hands-on experience working with AWS services and cloud-based applications.
- Strong experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience with Git and GitHub Actions.
- Experience with Entity Framework.
- Experience with TypeScript and/or JavaScript.
- Experience with database technologies such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience supporting the transition, modernization or integration of enterprise applications into AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn complex applications, technologies and business processes.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
