Brandt Corporate Services Ltd. is currently seeking a meticulous Application Support Distributed Products Manager to join its growing team in Regina, SK. Responsible for managing a team of IT professionals who support and maintain the applications used at the Distributed Product locations. This includes all deployed Business Systems and software used in Distributed Products operations. The goal is to ensure all users are productive in the applications they use to perform their job function.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Fulfill the role of Systems Integrator at Brandt for applications used at all the Distributed Products locations.

- Provide direction to staff responsible for supporting and creating/enhancing application functionality.

- Ensure staff are properly cross trained.

- Assist in assessing resource capacity, prioritize requests, manage workload, and set expectations with all departments regarding priorities and timelines.

- Work collaboratively with all other IT disciplines at Brandt.

- Standardize Infrastructure requirements.

- Ensure that all work artifacts are properly documented and documentation is maintained.





- Provide updates on work actively being worked on to the Director Application Support.

Key Performance Indicators

- Maintain a catalog of processes, the systems they are performed in, and the roles that action the processes.

- Maintain a catalog of reports, the systems they are produced from, and who has access to them.

- Ensure any Application System changes are documented and communicated to all impacted groups.

- Create and maintain knowledge repositories for each application supported.

Required Skills

- In-depth knowledge of Business Systems such as ERP, CRM or SCM

- Working knowledge of requirements gathering, facilitation, testing of software processes

- Be able to provide exceptional customer service to the end user community

Required Experience

- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Technology and/or Business with emphasis on Computer Systems

- 10 year’s experience working a role supporting technology in a business setting

- Previous experience providing direction to others

- Previous experience working on or participating in an IT Systems Project
