Overview Advanced Foundations Inc. is seeking a skilled apprentice welder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in shop fabrication, attention to detail with the ability to take direction. This role involves working in a fast-paced shop environment ensuring quality standards. Must possess a positive attitude, and the ability to work closely with others.

Duties

- Approach all tasks with a strong safety mindset
- Drive a truck with a trailer
- Take direction and cooperate to ensure piles are plumb and in the proper alignment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installations or operations

Skills & Requirements:

- Clean drivers abstract




- Proven experience in a fabrication shop.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- min 2nd year apprentice
- Previous experience welding helical piles and caps
- CWB all position SMAW
- CWB all position FCAW
- Transportation
- First Aid
- Must be willing to work both out of town and in town
- Solid communication skills.

Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
