Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
- Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain arcade machines and gaming equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Assist guests with game instructions, rules, and safety guidelines to enhance their enjoyment
- Monitor the arcade area continuously for safety hazards or equipment malfunctions, addressing issues promptly
- Handle cash transactions accurately for game credits or tokens, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the arcade area, including game stations, seating areas, and surrounding spaces
- Enforce venue policies related to guest behavior, age restrictions,



and safety protocols to uphold a secure environment
- Support food service operations if applicable by taking orders, serving snacks or beverages, and managing point-of-sale transactions
- Engage with children and families through friendly communication and public speaking to create an inviting atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and assist in special events or promotions

Experience

- Prior experience working with children in a customer service or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently communicate rules and safety information to diverse audiences
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Background in food service or hospitality roles is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in guest-focused environments
- Enthusiasm for creating fun, engaging experiences that leave lasting positive impressions on guests
