Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Architect & Interior Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will lead the conceptualization, design, and development of architectural and interior projects that inspire and elevate spaces. Duties

- Develop comprehensive architectural and interior design concepts using tools such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, Rhinoceros 3D, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Create detailed drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D models to communicate design intent clearly and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project teams to refine designs, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare construction documents, specifications, and material selections that comply with building codes and safety standards.
- Oversee project progress through all phases—from initial design development through construction administration—ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress,



verify compliance with design specifications, and resolve on-site issues promptly.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and efficiency.

Experience

- Proven experience as an Architect & Interior Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Rhinoceros 3D, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), CAD drafting tools.
- Hands-on construction experience with a solid understanding of building processes and materials.
- Demonstrated project management skills—able to coordinate teams, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong drafting skills with attention to detail in technical drawings and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to clients and collaborating across disciplines.
