Your New Role
As an Architectural Technologist/Architect, you will join a project team responsible for producing high-quality construction documentation in Revit. Reporting to a Project Manager, you will contribute throughout various project phases, from design development through to construction administration.
Key responsibilities include
- Preparing and coordinating detailed Revit models and construction drawing packages.
- Producing site plans, floor plans, elevations, building sections, wall details, and other technical documentation.
- Assisting with design development, contract documents, authority submissions, and construction administration activities.
- Supporting project teams in maintaining quality standards, technical accuracy, and project deadlines.
- Collaborating closely with architects, designers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Keeping current with building codes, construction methodologies, building systems, and industry best practices.
What You Need to Succeed To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess:
- Several years of experience working in an architectural practice, producing construction documentation for large-scale projects.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and experience developing comprehensive contract document packages.
- Exposure to commercial, mixed-use, institutional, retail,
or other complex building types.
- Solid understanding of building technology, construction methods, detailing, and material applications.
- Knowledge of applicable building codes and regulatory requirements.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively within collaborative project teams.
- Architectural Technology diploma, Architecture degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- This position is base in office in downtown Toronto. The firm offers 36 WFH days permitted over the course of the year.

- Intermediate level: $75,000 to $90,000
- Senior level: $90,000 to $110,000
