About the Role: We are hiring Assistant Baker & Kitchen Helper to join our team. No pastry experience needed—we will train you! We will teach you how to make our pastries from scratch. We need someone who is fast on their feet, reliable, and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in making croissants, loaves, and pastries. Help with general kitchen duties (cleaning, dishwashing, organizing supplies, and packing orders). Scale ingredients accurately and follow recipes. Work quickly and efficiently to meet daily production deadlines. Lift heavy ingredient bags (up to 20 kg / 45 lbs) and work on your feet.
Requirements: Any fast-paced kitchen, food prep, or food service experience is a plus. Willingness to jump in and help with general kitchen upkeep and cleaning. Ability to move quickly, stay focused, and maintain the speed. Reliable, punctual.
Pay: $12.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
