Assistant Math Trainer (Part-Time)

Who We Are

We're the #1 after-school math enrichment program in the region. But here's the thing: we're not really in the "math answers" business. We teach kids how to think. Math is our tool for building critical thinkers, problem solvers, and confident learners. That's the real work, and it starts with the people in the room.

What You'll Actually Do

- Work side-by-side with our head and senior trainers
- Help plan lessons and prep materials before and after class
- Review students' work and give feedback that helps them grow
- Jump into class sessions, discussions, and activities
- Keep the room positive, fun, and focused

No experience? No problem. We provide paid training. We'd rather teach the right person than hire the wrong resume.

The Schedule (Read This Part Carefully) Our shifts run in between:
- Wednesday to Friday: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

You must be able to commit to at least 2 days per week. If you can't, please don't apply. Our students count on consistency. Shifts are assigned weekly, so you'll always know your schedule ahead of time. The hours fit well around school or other commitments.
