Responsibilities
- Assist the Shop Foreman/Woman in coordinating daily shop activities and workflow to maximize productivity
- Support oversight and management of the vehicle fleet repair and maintenance
- Support parts department with inventory management.
- Supervise shop labor
- Operate forklift and loader for snow removal and unloading/loading of deliveries
- Maintain accurate documentation of repair processes, and service records for each vehicle in the fleet
- Ensure shop cleanliness, organization of tools and equipment, and adherence to safety standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service when dealing with customers
Qualifications
- Fleet management experience
- Forklift and loader experience
- Experience managing young workers
- Organizational skills
