The responsibilities of the assistant store manager will be to support the manager in all store operations and ensure its success and profitability.
Experience and skills required:
- Able to multitask and adapt to a fast paced setting.
- Leadership skills to assist the manager in developing a successful sales team.
- Knowledge of retail: customer service, selling and merchandising.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Problem solving capabilities.
- Knowledge of sewing and merchandising is an asset.
