As a key member of the Major Gifts team, you'll manage a portfolio of high-potential prospects and donors, focusing on developing multi-year fundraising strategies.

Your role involves collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging and proposals, ensuring alignment with Nature United’s initiatives such as Indigenous-led conservation and sustainable resource management. Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 75-125 donors with $100,000+ potential
- Achieve an annual fundraising goal of $1,000,000+
- Develop strategies for engaging and cultivating major donors




- Lead efforts in creating compelling proposals and reports
- Support donor events that build trust and engagement Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of related experience
- Proven track record in securing gifts of $25,000+
- Experience managing donor relationships and multiple prospects
- Skilled in cross-functional team collaboration
