This Associate

Director role entails reporting to the Vice President of Finance, managing financial close operations, and supporting acquisition integrations. A solid emphasis is placed on leadership, strategic enhancements, and fostering talent within the team environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute quarterly consolidated results for stakeholders
- Analyze financial disclosures and supporting schedules
- Communicate with portfolio companies on closing activities
- Maintain compliance through internal controls

- Recognized Professional Accounting designation needed
- Eight years plus experience, including five in management
