Falder Law provides trusted legal services in real estate, wills and estates, corporate and employment law. We are seeking a dedicated Associate Lawyer to join our legal team.

Responsibilities

· Represent both employees and employers in wrongful dismissal cases, human rights cases, Employment Standards Act and Canadian Labour Code matters

· Represent buyers and sellers in residential, agricultural and commercial property transactions

· Assisting and advising clients on incorporations, preparing resolutions and annual minutes

· Drafting and reviewing shareholder agreements, share transfer agreements, and amalgamation agreements

· Preparing and filing probate applications

· Drafting primary and secondary wills and power of attorney

Qualifications:

· Member in valuable standing with the Law Society of Ontario

· Strong work ethic and attention to detail

· Strong written and oral communication skills
