We are a well-established, locally owned auto body repair shop in South Vancouver looking for an experienced Auto Body Estimator to join our team. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality repairs and outstanding customer service in a friendly, team-oriented workplace.

Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles and assess collision damage.
- Prepare accurate repair estimates using estimating software.
- Work with ICBC and insurance companies to ensure estimates meet repair guidelines.
- Explain the repair process, timelines,



and insurance procedures to customers.
- Coordinate parts ordering and communicate repair progress with technicians and management.
- Review completed repairs to ensure work matches the estimate and meets quality standards.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as an auto body estimator.
- Strong knowledge of ICBC claims and collision repair procedures.
- Experience with estimating and shop management software (such as IMEX or Mitchell).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence.
- I-CAR certification or collision estimating training is an asset.

Compensation Salary: $45,000–$70,000 per year (based on experience)
