Responsibilities

- Assess vehicle damage accurately and develop effective repair plans to restore vehicles to factory standards
- Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques to remove damaged panels, straighten frames, and perform structural repairs
- Perform automotive repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, sanding, priming, and painting with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while adhering to safety protocols




- Conduct quality inspections on completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer expectations
- Keep detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and time spent on each vehicle

Skills

- Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive repair equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and efficiently during various repair tasks
- Solid understanding of automotive systems and structural components
- Experience with heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures in a workshop environment
- Mechanic experience is highly desirable for troubleshooting complex issues
- Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving
