Join our dynamic team as an Auto Parts Clerk, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers and technicians have seamless access to high-quality automotive parts and supplies. Responsibilities

- Assist customers in locating and selecting the right auto parts, offering expert advice to meet their needs
- Maintain accurate inventory records, perform stock replenishment, and organize parts displays for easy access
- Process sales transactions efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods
- Collaborate with automotive technicians and service advisors to fulfill parts orders promptly and accurately
- Manage order fulfillment by tracking inventory levels, placing restock orders, and coordinating with suppliers when necessary
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions via phone or in person, demonstrating transparent communication skills
- Support maintenance of the parts department, including organizing storage areas and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met

Requirements





- Prior dealership or automotive retail experience is highly preferred to understand industry-specific processes
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail sales procedures, and cash handling techniques
- Multilingual abilities or bilingual skills are a plus for serving diverse customer bases effectively
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and parts specifications enhances your ability to assist customers accurately
- Experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous for inventory management
- Strong communication skills, negotiation abilities, and excellent phone etiquette are essential for engaging with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking inventory data and sales reports is desirable
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating parts prices confidently
