Aurora Toyota is looking for a driven, energetic, and customer-focused Lease Renewal Manager to join our Sales Team.

This is a key sales and customer-retention position focused on one of our dealership’s greatest opportunities — our existing Toyota lease portfolio. The Lease Renewal Manager will proactively manage customers approaching lease maturity, build relationships well before lease-end, identify upgrade and renewal opportunities, and create a seamless path into their next Toyota.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Proactively manage Aurora Toyota’s lease portfolio and upcoming maturities
- Contact customers well in advance of their lease maturity to discuss their options and future vehicle needs.
- Generate appointments for lease reviews, vehicle appraisals, test drives and upgrade opportunities.
- Present customers with options to renew, upgrade, purchase their existing vehicle or return their lease.
- Identify opportunities to pull customers ahead of their scheduled maturity when appropriate.
- Work closely with Sales Managers and Product Advisors to structure and close renewal opportunities.
- Assist with vehicle appraisals and identify desirable vehicles for Aurora Toyota’s pre-owned inventory.
- Maintain consistent follow-up through phone, email, text and CRM.
- Ensure every lease customer receives skilled and timely communication throughout the ownership cycle.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and future follow-up activity.
- Track lease renewal performance, appointments, conversions and customer retention.
- Develop strategies to improve Aurora Toyota’s overall lease retention rate.




- Support the Sales Team in developing strong leasing and customer-retention habits.
- Stay current on Toyota models, Toyota Financial Services programs, incentives and lease-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, financial, and regulatory requirements related to leasing.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

- Automotive retail sales or sales management experience is required
- Strong understanding of leasing and the automotive sales process
- Excellent telephone, communication, and follow-up skills
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Strong organizational and CRM management skills
- Ability to independently manage a large portfolio of customers
- A results-oriented mindset with a focus on appointments, renewals, and retention
- Valid OMVIC registration is required
- Valid Ontario Class G driver’s license
- Experience with Toyota products and programs is an asset
