Concept Ford is growing — even in a challenging automotive market — and we're looking for another driven person to join our sales team.

We've been a family-owned Ford dealership in Georgetown since 1979. We're not a large corporate dealer group where you're just another salesperson. We're a local business with a newly renovated dealership, an established customer base, strong marketing support and a management team that's directly involved in helping our people succeed.

Automotive sales experience is not required.

We're just as interested in finding the right person as we are in finding someone with dealership experience.

You Don't Need Automotive Experience

Sales experience is an asset, but it is not a requirement.

We're willing to train the right person.

Attitude, work ethic, communication skills, personality and ambition matter more to us than having dealership experience on your résumé.

If you're good with people, willing to learn and motivated to succeed, we'll teach you the automotive side of the business.

Strong Marketing & Lead Support

We invest heavily in digital advertising, social media and local marketing to generate opportunities and bring customers into the dealership.

You're not expected to build a business completely on your own. We provide the marketing, tools and support to help our sales team succeed.

Hands-On Leadership

You'll work directly with an experienced management team that wants you to succeed.

You don't need to fit the traditional image of an automotive salesperson.

We're looking for someone who:

- Is outgoing, personable and an excellent communicator
- Has excellent spoken and written English
- Is confident speaking with customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Is ambitious and highly motivated by earning potential
- Is competitive and enjoys working toward goals
- Takes pride in their professionalism
- Is organized and follows through
- Is comfortable learning new technology
- Wants to build relationships and a customer base in Georgetown and Halton Hills
- Is coachable and willing to learn
- Has a strong work ethic
- Wants a career, not simply another job

Experience in automotive sales is certainly welcome, but it isn't necessary. Experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, restaurants, retail, customer service, business development or another customer-facing role can translate extremely well into this position.

More importantly, we're looking for the right personality and mindset.

Requirements

- Valid Ontario driver's licence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain OMVIC registration
- Availability to work a full-time automotive retail schedule, including Saturdays and some evenings
- Professional attitude and presentation
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
