What You’ll Do

Engage with Customers: Welcome guests to the dealership, listen to their needs, and help them find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget.

Provide Expert Guidance: Explain vehicle features, benefits, and financing options clearly and confidently to ensure customers feel informed and supported.

Build Lasting Relationships: Follow up after purchase to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Sales Managers and colleagues to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals.

Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of new models, features, and industry trends to deliver an exceptional customer experience.





What We’re Looking For

Experience: Previous sales experience is an asset, but not required. We offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.

Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Attitude: A positive, customer-first approach with a strong desire to help others.

Drive: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, committed, and eager to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
