Tercier Auto Group is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our leadership team and support sales performance across our dealerships in Alberta’s Lakeland region.

We are looking for someone who knows the automotive business, enjoys developing people, and understands how to create a successful sales culture. The right person will bring confidence, sound judgment, and a strong sense of accountability while keeping the customer experience at the centre of everything they do.

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and support a team of sales professionals
- Drive sales volume, gross profit, closing performance, and overall department results
- Oversee deal desking, trade appraisals, inventory, and daily sales operations
- Maintain a consistent sales process from first contact through vehicle delivery
- Set clear expectations and create a culture of professionalism, teamwork, and accountability
- Identify opportunities to strengthen performance and customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
- Work closely with Finance, Service, and senior leadership
- Maintain manufacturer standards and protect dealership reputation
- Ensure compliance with AMVIC regulations and dealership policies

What We’re Looking For

- Proven automotive sales experience with a leadership or management background
- Strong knowledge of dealership operations, deal structuring, and trade appraisals
- A natural ability to coach, motivate, and bring out the best in others
- Strong communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Confidence making decisions in a fast paced environment
- A results focused approach without losing sight of the customer experience




- Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
- A valid driver’s licence and clean driver’s abstract
- An active AMVIC licence or the ability to obtain one
