Responsibilities

- Engage with prospective customers through outside sales efforts, including visiting clients at their locations and attending industry events to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features, advantages, and value propositions clearly and enthusiastically to potential buyers
- Negotiate deals effectively by understanding customer needs, offering tailored solutions, and upselling additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Manage a robust sales pipeline by tracking prospects, follow-ups, and closing activities using CRM tools or other organizational systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone, email, or in person, ensuring a positive buying experience
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract high-end clients and increase dealership visibility in target markets




- Support dealership sales management by preparing reports on sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback to inform future strategies

Qualifications

- Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or B2B sales within the automotive industry or related fields such as dealership experience or high-end sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively while maintaining excellent customer relationships
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable; fluency in Spanish or other languages enhances communication with diverse clientele
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple prospects simultaneously and maintain an active sales pipeline
- Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage customers confidently and professionally
- Knowledge of marketing principles and techniques that support lead generation and brand positioning
- Basic math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures
- Phone etiquette that ensures clear, courteous communication with clients at all stages of the sales process
